What is the order process?
A confirmation email will be sent to you after an order is placed. You can also log into your account and view your order in “Order History" to check the order status. If you have not received our email, you may need to check your Spam folder.
To track your item delivery, kindly contact us via WhatsApp.
How long it will take me to receive my order?
The item will be delivered within 3 to 7 working days, excluding Public Holidays and Sundays.
Delivery may be delayed during holidays or peak periods.
Delivery schedules and stock availability may be affected without giving prior notice by the COVID-19 situation.
How is the standard shipping works?
We offer either In-House or Third-Party Logistics for the standard delivery services.
The delivery appointment will be arranged once your order is confirmed. You may send us your order number, preferred delivery date, and time slot via WhatsApp. We will try our best to reserve and confirm the time slot for you.

Can I self-collect my item?
Yes. You can choose "Store Pickup" and indicate the date and time to collect your item when making an order.
Return & Refunds
How to submit a return/refund request?
Please visit "Product Returns" to find your order and raise a return/refund request.
When will I receive my refund?
Any refund will be processed within seven (7) working days, subjected to the bank and card provider’s processing times. Refund is issued via the original mode of payment.
Warranty & Care
What does the warranty not covers?
The warranty does not cover wear and tear caused by external or environmental causes, including accidents, exposure to the environment, abuse, misuse, flood, water/other liquid damage, air pollution, dirt, non-structural cracks and splits, etc. Any damage and defects from outdoor use, improper installation, unauthorized modification and any misuse and/or failures caused by various human factors are not covered under this warranty.
Coverage will be terminated with immediate effect if the furniture is not delivered by Invis Furniture.
How to care for my furniture?
We recommend avoiding direct exposure to sunlight and excessive heat for all Invis furniture. Take note that some heavily dyed fabrics may cause discoloration of the furniture. Our furniture is meant for indoor use only.
LAMINATE / WOOD
• Protect from any strong acid or alkaline chemical that can degrade the surface.
• Spilled liquid should be wiped up immediately.
• Apply pH-neutral detergent with a damp cloth to wipe the surface.
• Avoid using any cleaner that contains oil on painted surfaces.
• Apply mild detergent with a damp cloth.
• Clean with water, glass cleaner with a damp microfiber/soft cloth.
