Refund Policy

We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You′ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can visit ″Product Returns″. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We offer repair, replacement unit or 1 to 1 exchange within 365 days from the date of delivery after we inspect your furniture and found to be Manufacturing Defects.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange or returns on sale items, display set items, or gift cards. This includes the use of any promo codes and whenever the product is not purchased at its full or original price. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

EXCHANGES

You may contact us to exchange your purchased items to any other available furniture three (″3″) working days before your item is delivered. You will be required to top-up if the new item is of higher value. For items that are delivered, a one-time service and transportation fee of $250 will apply to exchanges of items due to change of decision within seven (″7″) days of the item received.

ADDITIONAL FEES

Additional fees may be charged for floors without lift access.
