Return and Refund Policy

REFUNDS

  1. • After making a purchase, you are kindly reminded that cancellations are only possible within the agreed-upon 7-day period.
  2. • After the initial 7-day period, refunds will incur a 10% charge, which covers administrative and processing fees associated with the transaction.
  3. • Please note that refunds may take between 5 to 7 business days to process.

RETURNS

  1. • We offer a 7-day return policy if the reason is valid, allowing you to return your product within 7 days of receiving it, provided it remains undamaged and in its original condition.
  2. • Please note that there will be a 15% fee per return item that covers processing, inspection, and restocking of the product which will be detected from the refund amount.
  3. • We regret to inform you that customized items are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances.
  4. • Products purchased under the 'clearance item' category are also non-returnable and non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

DAMAGES

  1. • Please note that any damage or defects to your order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic proof.
  2. • In the event of multiple products or combo items being purchased and one of them is found to be defective or damaged, we offer the option for replacement or repair. However, the buyer cannot cancel the entire purchase due to the defect in one item.

CANCELLATIONS

You have the option to cancel any order within 7 days of purchase before delivery, and upon cancellation, you will receive a full refund in the form of store credit. This store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept exchanges or returns for sale items, display set items, or gift cards. This policy applies to purchases made with promotional codes or when the product is not bought at its full or original price. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.

EXCHANGES

Feel free to reach out to us to arrange an exchange for your purchased items up to three working days before your scheduled delivery. If the new item you choose is of a higher value, you will need to cover the price difference. For items that have already been delivered, a one-time service and transportation fee of $250 will be applied for exchanges made within seven days of receiving the item due to a change of decision.

ADDITIONAL FEES

Additional fees will apply for deliveries to floors without lift access. For furniture items weighing below 80kgs, a charge of $20 per item per flight of stairs climbed will be incurred. For items weighing above 80kgs, the charge will be $40 per item per flight of stairs. For example, moving services going up or down one flight of stairs (not per floor level) would cost $20 or $40 respectively.

WAREHOUSING

Furniture purchased may be stored in the warehouse for up to 6 months at no additional cost. However, any storage exceeding this period will incur a weekly charge of $20.

Terms of Service

Any alteration of design requested will be subject to additional charge, pending approval.
