Shipping Policy

DELIVERY TIMES

We ship our furniture from Mondays to Fridays, and Sundays between 10 am – 7 pm. There will be no delivery on Saturdays and Public Holidays. Delivery may be delayed during holidays or peak periods. Once the furniture is dispatched, the delivery man will update you with the tracking details via WhatsApp and call.

DELIVERY DETAILS

Kindly notify us via Contact Information if there is any changes of delivery address, delivery date/time, new order, exchange items as soon as possible, subject to the delivery time slot availability. You can do this at any time up till 48 hours before we deliver your furniture. Order number will have to be presented in order to process the changes in the order. Shipping details cannot be changed once the order is dispatched.

SHIPPING METHOD

We offer either In-House or Third-Party Logistics for the delivery services and product assembly/installation is included. You have a selection of Standard delivery or Express delivery at checkout.
Standard delivery – Free (except for products marked [Others]), the In-Stock item will be delivered an estimated 3 to 5 working days, excluding Public Holidays and Sundays.
Express delivery – SGD $100, the In-Stock item will be delivered an estimated 1 to 2 working days, excluding Public Holidays and Sundays.

NON-LIFT ACCESS CHARGES

A SGD $20 will be charged for per flight of staircase climbed. I.e. Moving service going up or down 1 flight of stairs (not per floor level) would cost $20.00.

RE-DELIVERY

If your furniture has been dispatched but you missed the delivery, a fee of SGD $100 will be charged for scheduling of re-delivery on another delivery date and timing. Please visit our Contact Information to schedule for re-delivery, subject to the delivery time slot availability.
