• A limited lifetime warranty, applicable for 3+7 years, can be purchased as an add-on service for any product from Invis Furniture. For the price check with invis team.
• 1 year warranty for MDF Engineering wood and 3 years for solid wood

All our products produced from OEM factory, and it put together in Singapore. Each piece is unique, with slight variations that add to its character and individuality.

What is Covered

• Defects or damage from non-human factors like manufacturing defects, material defects, or design flaws.
• For the first 3 months, any manufacturing defect with the heavy, unmovable product will be repaired or replaced on-site at the customer's location
• The warranty will cover any defect in the structural frame.
• After the warranty period, charges will apply only for materials and transportation.

Warranty Period

• All other Invis products: 36 months (3 years)
• Effective Date: The warranty starts from the date of delivery, not from the date of purchase.

Important Notes:

• Invis Furniture's Decision is Final: Invis Furniture reserves the right to make the final decision on all warranty claims, including whether a defect exists, whether the warranty is valid, and the cause of the defect or failure. The customer agrees to abide by Invis Furniture's decision.
• If the product is a portable you may carry-in or send it to our showroom at 5 Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2A, #07-20 Singapore 567760
• If the product is heavy unable to carry, contact us on our Singapore service hotline +65 81749866 or to make an appointment for our technical team to service your track on-site. We will impose a SGD $50 transport fee for every visit.
• If the cause of failure is not covered under warranty, there will be a cost of spare parts to repair the product.

Kindly click the request button under each product order on our website dashboard. Our support team will contact you to process your request upon verification of all details of purchase and validity of warranty in the online application form.
